Another gem of a property. When i was a small boy I dreamt I would live in a tower, and it had its own cave. I imagined a large buddah surrounded by candles and I used it as a healing place. I think you have discovered my boyhood dream property. I have watched this video a few times to take it all in. If dreams could come true, I would buy this dream property Stephanie. Amalfi coast one of the most stunning regions on the planet, oh yes the property is also stunning, they must have some of the most spectacular sunsets as well, my likes are that the property is not overly furnished, basic setup but it works very well indeed.
It’s a gorgeous, unique location and it looks so peaceful, not minding the cicadas of course, I wouldn’t want to leave that place, because of the views at the exceptional spots like the cave or the amphitheater, but also the tranquil walkways. The music is a nice match, at around 6:25 I think it’s an arrangement to a piece by Yann Tiersen, Comptine d’un autre été: l’après-midi.
I keep “visiting” this tower just by watching your video. I would definitely love to be there and experience the warmth of the sun, the scent of the sea… and a glass of limoncello… I even have the music for this 😂…Gracias desde Puerto Rico 🇵🇷.
What an amazing property and structure. Next to Lake Como, the Amalfi Coast is Italy's most beautiful region. The town of Ravello, which is close by, is a treasure. Pretty deceiving, the exterior antiquity and the beautiful interiors. Stefanie, with your great dress, you should have had a glass of Limoncello in hand for the tour! Truly amazing and unique property. My favourite by far. Although am slightly disappointed by the interior of the building. Was hoping for something more rustic.
The property is wonderful, I immediately fell in love with the views and surrouding nature. The choice for the interiors was more contemporary however that is simple to modify once the property is yours :) - Stefanie

The price is mostly based on the location, the Costiera area is quite exclusive, and having a position such as this one is a absolutely worth it - Stefanie

You show it as being a Saracen tower so does that mean it was built by them or by the locals as a lookout? Well if you consider a number of factors such as the history of this property, the position of the property with access to the sea, and the fact that the Amalfi Coast is a strip of land with a very limited number of properties and not enough extention to build new homes makes it's value skyrocket! - Stefanie
@@Lionard - Maybe. I don't know the relative prices, in that area. I'm just looking at it from the perspective of having €12m to spend. That said, if one has billions, I suppose it's just pocket money; and a decent novelty, for taking a tender to and from.
So…. No kitchen? What are the access possibilities by car? Any parking? Distance between the structures? How many steps down to the water? Possibility for mooring? Zoning permissions for the property? So many things unanswered by this postcard video. 🤷♂️

The living area is as soon as you enter into the tower while the kitchen was being renovated at the time of the video and not visible... however if you check out our website you can see the fotos of the living ares - Stefanie
