So cool that she’s using the rope attachment on decline leg raises. This is what I do and felt really smart coming up with the idea. Of course John was way ahead of me. 😂😂
He really has very original ideas other trainers don't implement, i'm glad his family decided to continue keeping his gems alive and it's probably not easy for them. Thanks for everything to them.
Yes John was a legend but finding Caroline definitely increased his viewership. She’s freaking gorgeous and knows just how much to show without John’s channel losing integrity.
I came to find some work related guide on RU-vid that wasn't supposed to take more than 10 mins. Saw this video's thumbnail and it's been over 10 mins. and I still haven't begun searching for that guide. 10/10 for distraction.
At the end coming down it looks like it puts a great deal of stress on the abdominal wall right below her chest, it looks tough! I will try these whenever I get another workout bench. The one I had didnt make it being stored in a shed.
Really like the high leg raises. The best ab exercise I've ever done myself was inverted ab crunches, hanging upside down on a smith machine or similar. 20 reps is all you need and your abs are toast.
Caroline is beautiful all thick n pretty. It's a shame they have to diet down to beef jerky and put on a leather tan to compete, she looks so good "off season". I have a bosu ball , I use it for plyometric pushups. I must admit, this was the first video I've been able to watch since, 😢, you know.
hahahah thought the same thing caroline has her own YT channel including some competition videos. So much hotter (imo) in "offseason". women arent supposed to be ripped. (Hell neither are men, really)
@@RobertRedway the look to me, says: starved, stray dog. When women are 15% BF they look amazing. When they are 7% BF they look like animals at a communist country's zoo, starved with their ribs showing and sullen, sunken faces.
@@RobertRedway also, I was just in a bit of a debate with Caroline on her chanel. She has to do what the judging criteria demands, unfortunately the judges are sick people or something.
I've never been a man prone to be distracted by well built hills - more of a flatland/farmboy enthusiast. I might have changed in the past 6 minutes 49 seconds. ...I need to train more - I remember being this strong - fu abs you are getting it for the next half year.
