I remember my first time have tingles as a little girl, was watching my little brother dig thru his chest of toys. This brought back so many memories!! Thank you
Oh my..! Those logs sound fantastic!!! I loved the sound of going through the basket with all the logs in it! It is almost music-y. Thanks for this wonderful upload! I hope to find more logs-sound videos :)
This is almost what I'm looking for. Is there an ASMR of tinker toys? Would also enjoy rummaging through the old style hair curlers. Every night for years mom rolled my sister's hair and mine with water or dippity do. Remember Dippity Do?! Lol
LOL I surely do... never forget that and Aqua Net! Those are two really fantastic ideas and I will keep my eye out to pick up some of the rollers...my mom used to make me sleep with them in, the night before a special occasion...ha..probably why I don't own a single one now..she used the metal coil ones with netting over them, sometimes what looked like a round brush in them to hold better... with bobby pins of course LOL ...and I actually have looked for tinker toys in thrift shops... no luck yet, and I am wondering if the ones they sell at Toys R Us are the same ones from back in the day... I am pretty sure the Lincoln Logs are different... I will have to take a field trip and look .. I would love to do both of these videos ...writing them down now so I don't forget! Thanks again for watching !!
@Casually Challenged not sure why I can't reply on some pages but no they are the real wood ones...there are plastic pieces ..the tracks and roof and etc. and they do sound a bit "tinny" I agree....but it may also be my rinky dink sound situation .. ;) Do they make plastic ones? All I know is I got very excited to find them in a thrift store because I went and priced them new .. and those are some expensive suckers... :) Hope you enjoyed still !! :)
They are made of wood. The only time they ever made plastic ones was in the 1970s, but apparently they sold really badly, and they've been made of wood ever since.
