This is a must salad to have on every holiday
Whether is Christmas,thanksgiving or 4th of July
Very simple recipe and you can add any thing you like to the salad
RECIPE:
1 pound (4 cups) uncooked elbow macaroni, cooked in well-salted water
1 cup mayonnaise, plus an extra spoon as needed
1 or 2 tbsp white sugar
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/2 cup green onions, white and light parts
1 cup finely diced celery
3/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 cup chopped ham
3 chopped boil eggs
1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
mix all ingredients together in large bowl
let sit for a few hours in fridge or even 24 hours for better taste
