Old School Minibike Show & Swap Meet 2016 

I’m 58 and I still get excited looking at all these

Had one of these when I was a kid, never had so much fun in my life!

I remember when I was a kid in the late 70's, looking in the back of the Sears catalog and dreaming about the mini bikes they used to sell.

I think a lot of us older guys who wished we had a minibike, or those that had a minibike can really relate to this stuff. Thank you for the video!

In the mid-late 1980s a work mate of mine and his dad had a collection of roughly 70 mini bikes and scooters going back to the 1950s. Last i heard him and his kids were collecting and restoring them.

I'm 55 yrs old and while I have owned a motorcycle, never got a minibike. Feel like I still owe myself one. That is my mission to get one just for the fun of it.

My dad was randomly watching out of curiosity, turns out him and the whole fam made an appearance at the end of the vid lol

Some nice old iron there. It's great to see so many flathead Briggs and Tecumseh engines still being used. Flatheads forever!

A B&S gave me a scar for life but it was a Kit Kat that started it all. I believe they called it a suitcase mini bike. I remember my Dad took a duffel out of the trunk, my Mom said that he had something for me. I thought it was a set of junior golf clubs, but no it was a beautiful lime green Kit Kat. That started the whole mess and still going strong !

I would find a show like this very interesting indeed. I actually had most of my mini bikes in my second child hood with my sons when they started riding.

I got my first one 45 years ago...and I'm still playing with them today....great video!!

The bike on the right at 8:17 is my dream bike. Im in the procces of replicating that frame.

Iwanted a Taco 22 when i was 12 and begged my Dad. He came home with a Trojan 5hp minibike. Come to find out he hated mexicans so that was why i never got the Taco22. Go figure. Then when my kid turned 10 he and i rebuilr and restored a 69 Honda minitrail 50. He outgrew that pretty quick so i sold it as a basket case for $100 i got it free. and it did give us tons of fun.

Some of those are really stretching the word "Mini"

Mine was a RUPP. It had the max. Headlight....shocks...tailight...chrome tank....3hp lawn mower tecumseh engine 🤣🤣🤣🤣 cost me $350. Great fun. But the cops could take it away if in the street.
