64 oz of chicken stock (2 32 oz containers)
10 boiled eggs (save 1-2 for decoration on top of salad)
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tbs yellow mustard
1/2 cup sweet relish
1 tbs white vinegar
3 tbs white sugar
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
after the potatoes have boiled remove to a baking sheet to cool as quickly as possible! The longer they stay inside of the pot they will get soft and break apart*
