I like the design touches in that house of many of those mega houses we see on here. That carpet oon the stairs though, I can see that making people dizzy if they look at it wrong while walking up or down lol haha.
2 years ago it was half the price , No way its worth over a Million the Lot is Tiny so is the Pool no matter how much you say its its all you really need , For the price of the property i would want it 3 x the size.
I hear you. But good luck finding a home like that, ON a golf course for $800K. Cmon now. And that home was BUILT two years ago. Was never on the market for $800K either.
