Amy having no emotional reaction to murder is actually pretty accurate, considering that she doesn't bat an eye after flat out murdering Storm in Snapcube's Sonic Riders fandub.

Y'know, this would make for a good story where SNT is the ANTAGONIST who uses hypnotic abilities to make Sonic and friends think she's amazing and on their side even though she's power-hungry and just wants to rule wherever everyone lives or something, and Amy is somehow the only one unaffected, and she's just trying to snap her friends out of the hypnosis. At least it makes more sense than the current story, where everything basically unexplainably bends to SNT's will.

The reason why sonic forgot she could fly and think she would need training is because, like Courtney said, that all happened in the hand drawn comic, which was the 'pilot comic'. There, solved it.

I has a theory on how SNT came to be: Eggman collected Sonic and Tails DNA and turned it into a creature that was supposed to be a replic of Sonic but turned out female. He collected their DNA because he thought he could beat Sonic by creating a clone of him. But SNT turned against him and ran away. She blacked out in the woods from exhaustion and was found by Sonic and Friends with no memory of being created by Eggman. I hope you like this theory! If you do comment or like.
