Old Soul is the first legal distillery in Mississippi since prohibition. Their whiskey brand is Old Soul, and they have two versions they release as single Barrels. In this episode Lindsey and I review the 109 proof and the cask strength SiB, and there is an epic giveaway at the end.

Just got a store pick from Stanley's liquor store, which is right down the street from the distillery. This bottle is so good that I had to get a backup. If you see an Old Soul blue label, don't think about it just get it!

Great review! I had the chance to have both SiB expressions of these, the 109 at 5 year and the Blue Label at 119 proof. I enjoy these expressions, and enjoy how the distillate can taste different in different environments.
