There are recent reports that Afghanistan may start allowing Transgender Women more freedom and more free will so they can be out in public. When men are unable to find company they sometimes take out that frustration in fights and arguments. When Trans Women start living openly in Afghanistan it will help take some of that frustration and anger away from the men out there.
