Back when League felt like a dark medieval fantasy experience instead of the galaxy/stars thing we have today.

From epic, medieval music and atmosphere to K-Pop, glamour and galaxies/stars, this game surely has changed a lot.

Thank god they give you the option to still use this soundtrack on summoners rift.

The first year of league will always be a special time in my life. Everyone was still learning the game. So much fun and chaos compared to what it is now

2013, it's 3 AM, we're 5 classmates playing our 4th consecutive ranked game. Most of us can barely talk 'cause it's late in the night and we could wake up our parents so we're whispering. Dad's entering my room for the third time telling me to go sleep since it's too late. I tell my buddies that we need to get the baron and end this one asap. We all end up dying and have a good laugh about it. Fast-forward 2024, dad's not here anymore, everyone went on with their life, some have families, some have disappeared from the 'radar'... Time surely flies by.

so much memories it bring back to me when I started playing this game in 2009!! and I continued to improve by playing normal however it was not easy but with experience and knowledge that I got.. it was so nice and fun!

I love this music SOOO SOOO MUCH it brings me back to those days while i only played ashe and i sucked, kept losing against bots and still trying to learn what items i should get. I was so hyped back then and I played LoL the entire day it was so AWESOME!!! And this music reminds me of that, oh dude I just love it and it simply makes me SO happy idk why.

That feeling when your internet connection fail and you actually listen to music. Good old days

learning every champion for the first time, entering the new matches with wonder, saving up for new champions excited, its a weird feeling that now i own every champion. been there, done that. the cherry is popped and i'll never experience that again. and that sense of adventure, that sense of wonder, you never realize how much it means to you until the well runs dry and all it becomes is a perpetual trip down memory lane. i'm not trying to be corny, but it's hard to express how much this game shaped me. i think it's really easy to jump on the "game sucks now" bandwagon. any game that lasted as long as league of legends has is bound to feel like a different game at some point. but honestly, despite it being really toxic and obnoxious sometimes, is it really THAT bad now? or do u just miss the old times even though deep down you know they couldn't last forever?

I remember playing this game when I was like 10-11 yrs I ask my elder sister if I can play she let me play bots, The first champ I use was Blitzcrank and it was a defeat 😂😂 I played again, defeat again, and then a third time, defeat again 3 plays of blitz result 3 defeats, then I tried Corki and got my first victory 😂😂 it was a bot match lol ahhahaha so nostalgic

still prefer this one... if i could somehow make it my music i would. and apparently I can! while in a match.... options > music > classic

This song makes me miss the old days. The old map, only having to know the skillset of half as many champs, very few dashes, no burty supports, when how your jungler did didnt dictate if you won or not, when playing ranked actually felt rewarding, and less overall toxicity. RIP old league

I am so grateful, that I was able experience lol before season one without any rules like makrsman, mage and stuff, where u could just take the champ u wanted to and have fun playing with your friends or alone. Without all those tutorials and stuff there are right now, just beeing thrown in a new game with champions and trying to do your best without knowing any tactics and stuff... I really get mega nostalgic when listening to this, there I remember these times mostly.

Bem vindos a Summoner's Rift.

This right here is the real League of Legends. Warriors, mages, archers. Pure and cold medieval experience. Darker tones of the map made it even more mysterious. Also the music... It felt like everything of it was the part of something deep and full of amazing lore. Now it's great too but it will never be as dark and breathtaking as it used to be. It seems like we know everything about this universe and also the style of this game is far less raw and powerful.

i prefer this one than the new one, even though i joined around the gnar patch it's still nostalgic

I first played LoL in 2010 when Garen came out in may, first hero i purchased was Amumu for 1350 points, played Tristana often and loved to play Twitch when he had 60sec invisibility, then i followed enemy team in jungle and felt like ninja, Evelyn too. With Rammus and Malphite i liked to use Warmogs armor and Force of nature + Thornmail, and of course an Sunfire cape my favourite item.

I couldn't abandon this fantastic music; I wish the old victory and defeat themes were included in the classic music setting:/

Man, hearing this soundtrack makes me miss the old days. There was just so much fun Bullshit to do, that made me love League of Legends. They should make a game mode where you can experience the old style, for a week or two, just like with Urf.

Never got addicted to the game (annoyingly competitive friends) but 3:56 is burned into my memory.

that defeat theme. Honestly to say.. This game is the only game that i wont get mad from a defeat. Ill cross my arms and think drasticly about what i did wrong. Trying to correct for the next upcoming battle. To victory. You have to make a pile of dead bodies to climb up to victory
