Old Town Chiang Mai Restaurants - Rider's Corner & Fern Forest Cafe 

Thanks so much for dropping by for lunch today. A real pleasure to talk with you. Yes - it is so much quieter in the tourist areas now, given the situation with Covid. Rider's Corner has been proud to keep open, keep our staff on and continue delivering fine food to Chiang Mai - although these days, mostly by home delivery. Last year we were able to work hand in hand with Ulysses Club Thailand and deliver more than 14,000 meals directly to the homeless and needy. We're all looking forward to coming out the other side of this

Ahhh...yes. Fern Forest Cafe. Ate there one lovely Christmas week. Christmas trees all around. And the food was amazing!

Our daughter lives about 3 minutes walk from Fern Forest, we have spent many a happy time there with her when visiting. Goodsouls which is almost next door is great too. There is also a really good massage place between the two called Scent. We bought our daughter a massage there a few weeks ago.

We have a recommended place for you, The crusty loaf bakery on the corner of Ratvithi Rd and Ratvithi Rd lane 1 in old town Lovely pastries and you can sit out front and watch the world go by.

Rider's Corner looks like a lot of fun! And Fern Forest looks like an awesome place to have a meal with my little pup. I know a lot of places in Thailand don't allow dogs, in regards to apartment rentals, but what is the sentiment towards dogs when walking around Chiang Mai? Would people look at me funny if I brought my little guy to an outdoor restaurant? At any rate, another great video :) Keep them coming!
