Thanks for the great video. I live in Canada, and dream of one day getting to fly FF at Old Warden. I am pretty sure I spotted Mike Stuarts 'spot' the big Argosy is unmistakeable. Thanks so much for sharing.
That's a good aspiration! I'm less than 10 miles up the road from Old Warden so guess I take it for granted a bit! The next one is next weekend. Hoping for good weather again but it's looking a bit stormy at the mo. Hope you make it there some day and the weather is right when you do!!
+tbobborap1 Thank you, me too (although normally my models have a rudder as I can't afford to lost them!). Free-flight is on the Saturday and Sunday at all the ModelAir events at Old Warden. Sunday is looking the best weather-wise for this weekend, but I'll be there both days :-)
imcarlvideos I'm afraid I don't know. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I can answer. The next Old Warden Free Flight event is this weekend so if I see those models again I'll ask and let you know :-)
Thank you very much for replying and offering to investigate. I love the look of the old timers and that particular plane caught my eye. I am thinking of trying a scratch build and that plane would be great, although I am very much a beginner.
