Uh there are more easier ways. Just leave Stirland for Middenland, Reichland, Wissenland or achieve unachievable be the first human citizen permanently living in Ulthuan (mostly in territories of Eataine and Yvresse because they are relatively closer to Marienburg)

However you forgot to mention a benefits of Sylvania as a province or more specifically: 1. castles Templehoff rich woodland area 2. excellent vineyards in Wurtbad 3. Relatively fertile farming are in Swartzhafen 4. Last but not least GOLD mine in castle Drakenhoff and frequent visits from Cathay caravans in said castle ! 5. Close proximity to Zhufbar and Karak Kadrin for trade (?) with dwarfs :) . . . . . . P.S: That (?) in trade with dwarves is simply becouse they might get overrun by Greenskins by the time Sylvania is liberated of Balthazar Gelt decides to expand empire borders and take over mountains.

Stirland food IS atrocious but I thought it was less widespread that the Vampires and minions brand of evil, you know the whole cover the Empire/World in darkness and then using humans as cattle kind of nightmare scenario. Stirland can be dealt with easier, if people really hate Stirlanders that much then kill them, erase their culture and customs and move people from other parts of the Empire and maybe open some immigration from other human countries.
