Older Polara Crosswalk Buttons at Shermer Rd and Central Rd 

@Joshua_Park_693 yes they are not very weather-resistant and here in IL it gets very cold so they might have lost the sound due to the rain and cold temperatures. The 2 buttons on Shermer Rd just make a buzzing noise except the last one in the video it does say "Shermer Walk sign is on to cross Shermer".
