I think there are a lot of overlooked aspects to these artworks that are hardly visible today.

The first one looks very much like modern-day nonsense, no ancient culture would draw such bs, they would have drawn a real like of something, something in its real shape and form. The second one is real, except for the ornamental triangle on top it is also a modern-day addition and makes no sense in comparison to the rest of the lines, plus it's badly done, same as the first one.

Does anyone else see a bear attack in the imagery? A mauled person underneath the bear and a woman’s head falling off?😧
@MarcMartino
@MarcMartino 6 месяцев назад
I can see that. The two legs sideways says the bear charged. Would that be half her brain falling out from the attack?

Those backwards arching figures are common within paracas culture art, even when no animals are shown in conjunction with them.

It looks like some of these are from the Paracas culture that preceded the Nazca. They often depicted those figures with backwards arching backs within their art work (representing their sacrifice rituals and transition to the afterlife), but that style isn’t commonly found within nazca art.

3:20 if that's a palm tree, then below is layers of earth and another one added to bury the bottom of the tree, divided by epochs? The only thing I can attribute the pole with two lines to is a telephone pole with electric lines and that part looks older since one line runs through both geoglyphs.
@TonyTrupp

That likely represents a Tumi, which was a knife that was used throughout the Andes within their sacrifice rituals, and is commonly depicted within art from this region.
