can you tell me please how mobile have you been after the sugery? How much can you bend the knee? After 4months of my surgery i can bend my knee only 30%
ive done my TBW surgery on my olecranon. Im wondering if my arm will extend 180 again. Im really sad and anxious, i need to know if i be able to do gym again
can you flex your arm ? Had mine done 3 Weeks ago and extension is a none issue, but from the extended 180 I can barely flex it to ~130. ( 9:30 for reference)
@@kenzoravat Started 12 days after the surgery, but that usually only relaxes the muscles / tissues for the next hours before everything become stiff again. Now, 21 days after the surgery, the area near the wound / cut is still very stiff and warm to the touch.
I need something to be surprised at. I need to be creative. All I see is empty, repetitive work. There is no development in orthopedics... Orthopedists have failed to develop for fifty years.
