Good day, I am a shift worker and work 6 days consecutively every week, I have completed 12 months period and I qualify for annual leave. According to my roaster I will work some few days on the same month that i will be on leave.What worries me is that the said doesn't pay for leave and for the few days worked for that month but will only pay one basic salary. Is that fair? Thanks
