Thanks for the review. I bought two of them because of both another reviewer and yours. Received them today and they are everything you said they’d be. Wonderful little lanterns. The size are as I’d expected, and their heft are considerable given their size, so they should be quite stable. I love their vintage look! I have other rechargeable lanterns, but these will stay bedside for the occasional power outage.
I came back here to follow up with the result of an endurance test I ran. I turned one of the lanterns on at the lowest power setting at 5:45 PM on July 30th. It stayed lit continuously until this morning (August 11th) sometime after 4 AM (the last time I saw that it was still on). That’s over 274 hours that it ran (advertised is 180 hours)!
Great use night shots and that was great to see it charge 2 items while still being used as a light source. Much appreciated. I’ll have to pick one up in the sale.
I bought one this very day (coincidence) and I absolutely LOVE it! Best bang for the buck. Cute, but VERY powerful. A must have, especially for Olight fans. Oh ya, mine charges with the magnetic charger, the MCC 1A, etc....so the charger is integrateable with the other magnetic chargers. I'm guessing that (that you displayed here) is the slightly older model as the newest is magnetic. Or, it could be a second type, either way, they absolutely Rock!!!!
Have the original Olantern and the mini version. The best thing I see on this new model is no motion sensor, which drains the battery any time they are in even the slightest motion or smallest vibration.

Well I’m glad to see the it’s actually metal, but just because it’s magnetic doesn’t necessarily make it good. It could have an aluminum or titanium body that wouldn’t be magnetic. Still good. Thanks for the video.
Looks great! I've been looking for a lantern like this to have on my nightstand during power outages, and I really love Olights products! Can the lantern be used while it charges? (I mean while it's plugged into the wall socket)
They were out of the brushed bronze or whatever its called that I wanted. So I got 2 of the forest green ones. They look sharp too. They are well made and work great. But the price is a but strong I feel. I paid 100 each. Would have been happier at 60 or 70.
