The company Olight, are popular for their tactical style flashlights. They now have something new on the market. The Osight pistol sight. Just an unboxing I'm afraid, no full review and opinion on it as it didn't fit my pistol as expected. Let's take a look.

I want one now! I’ve liked Olight products since I got my Valkyrie PL pro and despite the haters on the internet. The majority of them have never actually owned a product by then and are just regurgitating what they’ve seen other say. Excellent review my brother! 🤙🏻

Hi camman good to see they sent you one to review it looking at it could be for a glock or a rifle base plate form but would be nice for Pistol or AKA airsoft version

It may pay to check out some reviews of it on RU-vid. I'm going to reserve my opinion on it until I can mount it to an Airsoft pistol properly and try it myself.

I drilled and tapped my SSP5 plate to fit RMR red dot. Works fine..😉 M3 tap.

That looks incredible tbf! Does the charger still fit the sight if the sight was mounted on that particular pistol with the sunken mounting or does the charger foul the slide?

Yes it’s designed to recharge/ top up the sights battery with it in situ on a pistol.

@Zermattquattro not exactly what I asked, that pistol has the sight sunken into the slide and not on the slide, would the charger pod still fit THAT pistol?

@@GrayFoxAirsoft looking at the images of the hood the front and rear verticals edges are about 6-8mm shorter than the two left/right sides so as long as the pistol is only the width of the RMR plate I’m pretty sure it would fit. But I do get your point as I would want to see that someone else had of had success fitting it to Nov pistol before I spent my money.

Yeah, I'm going to reserve my opinion on it until I can mount it to an Airsoft pistol properly and try it myself, but have seen some user reviews about it.
