Also, I've noticed that Ademola Lookman's hattrick in the Europa League final, coupled with Peter Crouch's comments, has made several European national team coaches to suddenly include their stars of Nigerian descent into their Euro 2024 squads. Eberechi Eze wouldn't have been on the England team if Lookman hadn't performed so well; Thierry Henry wouldn't have included Olise into the French Olympic U23 team, and Michael Folorunsho (who is yet to make his international debut) wouldn't be in the Italian team to the Euros.
