You're not the first person to say Glamnetic is a good brand, this helped me sort of solidify my decision to get them so thank you! love the video. You go in depth and I appreciate that.
My natural nails are long right now, but anytime I need some press ons, they will be from Glamnetic! I was always so happy with how they wore. Glad this helps...thanks for watching!
I have wide nail beds and most press ons don't have large enough sizes for my fingers. Olive and June is the only brand, so far that can fit all my fingers. I'll try glamnetic to see if they have wide enough tips. Thanks for providing the review.
Any idea or could you do a review of glamnetic glue that comes with them vs. their brush on glue vs. the glue tabs? Comparing ease of use, wear time, etc. I tried to watch like 3 other glamnetic 'reviews' and yours was the only one that gave the information we are all looking for...how they adhere, how long they lasted, how careful or not careful you were etc. Thank you!
appreciate that I'm not the only one that has had issues with the base of the nails being too wide and needed to be filed down! I have small hands so i figured that was just a me thing! Was at the point of looking for child's press on nails lol. Will try glamnetic first though!
Thank you for the detailed review! I recently purchased both the Olive & June and the Glamnetic sets. Now I’m kind of wondering if we can use the Glamnetic glue on the Olive & June press on nails? 🤔
I think you should be able to without issue! It's like going into Sally's and grabbing a brand of glue that doesn't come with the press ons. Might have better staying power, but not 100% sure. Would love to know if you try it!
@@BoldlyLauren I love the glamnetics! I *steady* get the “boba” all black ones lol I have an unopened set in my nail kit, & I just broke down & bought the O&J “pink goldfish” shade press-ons & I’m about to try those out today. I wanted to see if anyone had any significant differences between the 2. I was able to size the both of them easily & there are a ton of sizes. I have to file some down but it’ll be good lol I’m rough with my hands & so is my cousin & she’s a nail tech & raves about the olive & June sets & swears I’ll love them just as much. I’m going to use the Glamnetic glue & use the “pink goldfish” nails I guess & see how this goes lol I didn’t want to open yet ANOTHER little glue. I already had an open glam one so that’s what I’ll be doing later on today! Haha I do love my glamnetics tho! They’re addictive & wear soooo good on my nail type! I’m very happy with my “bobas” haha I’m hoping the O&J ones hold up & looks just as beautiful! I think I’ll put a shimmer type top coat Over these since they’re super thin and I feel like you can see the glue underneath. Thanks for taking the time to do this review! Love me some press ons! (Always have to keep glue steadyy in my bag just in case lol)
I have almost purchased the French style Glamnetic but saw 1 review that said the white started chipping after only a couple of days. Did you experience any chipping with them?
Ha...yes!!! The one you're mentioning! Didn't really experience it much with Wild Card, and Boba is black plastic all the way through, but Ma-damn let me down.
After my first set with another brand did this I started adding a clear top coat over any french tip styles and it hasn't let me down yet!! It worked on Ma Damn last month!
Tip: put a gel top coat over top (capping the ends too) and you don’t have to worry about the actual nail designs scratching off! Once your top coat gets too scratched and beat up, GENTLY buff the gel coat don’t go so hard you scratch the actual nail and reapply! They will last so much longer and for more wears
@@karenmoore6056 I use Wella Koleston (professional) - a mixture of level 6 and 7 copper reds, and through the ends a mix of level 7 and 8 copper reds painted sporadically
