Im too pissed off to do lsd , i imagine itd be bad trips for days, when youre angry enough every day feels like a bad trip , seeing shit in people that may or may not be there, paranoia for no reason and shit. Going straight edge just a joint or dabs and booze once in a while
Man Oliver peck is a fucking legend , and he seems chill as all hell I wish I was lucky enough to interview him, this just shows people can go from scratchers to damn good artist
He is engrossing to listen to and just an awesome guy. I remember watching an episode of Ink Master and he was out on the day and the explanation was he had a health scare. And everyone was obviously crestfallen over the news and his absence, and but the man just walked back in the next episode like nothing happened and explained in the most nonchalant manner that he had suffered a heart attack and but he was fine. Was not looking for any sympathy whatsoever, nor did he make it awkward for anybody in the room to deal with the situation. It was then I decided, he is one of my favorite people on the planet.
Oliver peck is the man....I watch ink master and its so obvious that he's a really cool guy...especially when Chris Nunez is on the same panel and is an obvious jerk
😅😅😅 hearing i think thats nick or Cody's voice in the back is great!! I remember those two goofballs in harbor city taking turns fuckin up my knee together just to do the other knee that Nick Cartwright did.. fun fuckin times
I made one out of a cassette player and toothbrush lol and a pen body...lol late 80s in highschool...and i was taking lsd also lol too funny...in california though😊
I feel alot of people could work 5-7 days a week if they love what they do , let me ride my mountain bike or any type of bike once in a while , hit a skatepark , hit a joint once in a while and im good. Everyone has to find their passion not just a job, if you have no passion your job will be mediocre regardless of work ethic or how much effort you put in. Dudes wise af , take wisdom from wherever it comes. Tooth picks have helped me more than anything else when it comes to cigarettes. I love weed before bed but booze and squares need to go
Respect his views , but man me believing in god is the best thing to happen to me or atleast unity of world religions is why i dont hate people , in high school i was a loner cyberbulling people bc i hated everything and believe life had no meaning . Between art and finding god through weed , i think thats what saved me, im still an asshole but i look back and know id beat the shit out of who i was in high school. Keep being rad af oli , also props to this channel owner 👏🏻🤘🏻
Reminds me of my uncle don. My uncle don tells military history stories and about guns , ollie talks about life experiences and tattoos, similar personality but different lifestyles 🤘🏻
i also hand poke myself when i was in highschool using only ordinary needle and a mygel pen the design i have is a star of david on the right side of my knee...
i know im randomly asking but does someone know a method to get back into an Instagram account?? I was stupid lost the account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Ares Lyle Thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm trying it out now. Looks like it's gonna take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
I love the description he gives of his first machine he made. We were making them in high school as well. one of my tatts was done with an electric toothbrush. good times
If i could be half this mellow when im that age would be great most adults get angrier and im already that pissed off angry kid who listens to rock metal and punk
Im way more entertained by this dude than i should be, radiating vibes i think every alt kid, skater kid , bmx kid , grew up with dirtbikes and snowmobile or in the south four wheeler kid aspires too 🤘🏻 go with the flow
I hate the word "tat". It's like nails on a chalkboard. For me it's right up there with "tattoo gun". This interview should be a drinking game. Take a drink every time he says "tat". You'll have to get your stomach pumped for sure.
This guy is my idol he's the best old skool artist on the planet today his story had me laughing tears in my eyes I was sanding my needles straight lol Oliver peck is sick tating on lsd lmfao amazing story
PerKarlsson I think its an adult pacifier, but knowing how people get when they become semi famous its probably something just to be different and stand out especially since his tattoos suck.
i wonder how much it would cost to get a tattoo done by Oliver Peck. i would not mind paying 300+ dollars a hour for a nice american traditional piece by him.
+2ofEverything you get what you pay for. Good tattoos aren't cheap and cheap tattoos aren't good. I'd pay $500 to make sure what I put on my body for the rest of my life is exactly what I want and is a quality piece.
Southeast Sole Lol bud trust me I know, I have quite a few hours in the chair myself. I just wouldn't pay $350 an hour. My artists charged from $150-$200 and hour and I couldn't be happier.
also, wait wait wait. i'm now 22 minutes in and i've realized that peck started out as a scratcher. literally boiling needles and doing "tats" in his friends basement. i don't ever want to hear this dude badmouth up and comers in the industry.
+Tyler Cox So true...I started in '91 and even though good shops had established hygienic standards when starting out on your own we did fucked up shit like this...we didn't know any better or how dangerous it was to do them like that. Yes we did do shit like this...but we don't have to condone it especially now that there is so much more information out there. Its way less mysterious now; in regards to both hygiene and how serious this is as a profession. There is no excuse these days. Get a proper apprenticeship or prepare for some well deserved bad mouthing.
+Tyler Cox a guy I know who's in his late 60's an old biker, he got his tattoos done in the late 60's-early 70s with an old darning needle and the guy who did them would sit with cans of Guiness, dipping this old needle in the ink, having a can in his kitchen. The tattoos are still in quite good condition, and considering the technology and how far tattooing has come, they are actually well done. Though I think the outlining could be sharper (excuse the pun) but that's probably more due to age than anything else.
He always has a toothpick in his mouth because he thinks it will make people not notice that he can't say the letter "S" . He should consider spending some of his tattoo money on a speech therapist.
really?? who gives a f**k if he can pronounce "S" or not. You should consider spending your time elsewhere other than picking up on imperfections in others. BIGRIGJIM drinks hus mams douchebag!!!
