Very well executed drive, amazing skill and response, clean throttle control, for such a young person he drives exceptionally well, it's in the blood, like father like son
Absolutely LOVE this kid!!! Got to see him in at the Olympus and hes just such a great (and talented) guy. So much fun to see him turning heads at a big event like this.
So stoked to watch his career develop. Doesn’t matter if this was the quickest run it was absolutely at the limit of the car and that is what Motorsport and FOS is all about .
I'm looking forward to having him on the rally stages proper... (I know he has done a few rallies in Latvia and the US plus some in the ERC but now that he's 18 and has his license he'll be able to rally everywhere).
What an awesome driver this kid is!! Watched the festival to catch grant williams assault the hill in his jaguar, got oliver solberg instead. COMPLETELY ok with this. He has got a hell of a future ahead of him!
Directly after this run Oliver's Dad went up the hill in a virtually identical car and drove with precision rather than flamboyance and beat his Son's time handily.
Apparently the only available toilet was located on the top of the hill ? 😁 Amazing driving from someone who still would be to young to drive on his own in most contryes in Europe 👍
I think you mean they have big acceleration, this drifty run loses all kinds of speed and time for the showiness. Spectacularly entertaining, but not competitively fast.
@@S3l3ct1ve Rallycross cars don't run gravel tyres like regular rally car because they transition from tarmac to gravel during the race. Most Rallycross circuits start on tarmac too.
