neste ultimo modelo que foi fabricado na Africa eu creio que a tampa foi uma obra de desiner muito infeliz para uma empresa que sempre primou pelo bom gosto nao sei como esta passou
Hello. The key you pressed is Tab. Tab lets go of the stop for the carriage and locks it a few spaces forward. The value of spaces for tab can be custom if you take your machine apart and play about with the little pushable tabs. For your solution, I could suggest that you consider trying to pull the tab key back up if it's stuck down. If that doesn't work, fiddle around with the + and - keys next to it, those can usually lock the carriage too. If none of my proposed solutions worked, I suggest you take your machine to the nearest "Maquinort" store for Olivetti and get technical support, search the internet for forums of self help or try finding any instructions or other technical support places on any plates stuck to the machine.
