A very nice video of our dear Olivia Palermo from MTV The City. Notice how sophisticated and stylish she looks, Another nice video: • Olivia Palermo posing ... More pictures of her. www.flickr.com/photos/lloyd789...
she seems so different here then on the city, she seems nice and I like her personality, she doesn't get into the teenage discussions, she mature and her style is OMG AMAZING!
she isn't someone that wastes thousands of dollars on designer stuff. She collects classy pieces, which you can wear more than once and combine with other things. She has a really good sense of style and seems pretty nice. She manages to look fab, no matter what she wears. It could be a potato sack. She basically combines high street fashion like mango, asos, topshop with designer stuff. gotta LOVE HER
She's one of the most fashionable and sophisticated women of her generation. I adore her style.:) I could only wish in my dreams I can also pull off her style. Olivia is my fashion icon.
I really like her even though there are so many people that think she's really rude and mean. I think she's the most beautiful celebrity out there and she seems to be really nice. I love her ♥
she's amazing! i love olivia palermo, she's so pretty, natural, she smile every time and i love her look. i went in new york a lots of time and it's one of my favorite cities , new york have all that a person can want .
I love that she keeps to her own style. The whole rock-chick, 80s, and grunge look is such an overdone trend and I'm glad Olivia steered clear of it. It's cool that she mixes in some daring pieces but the classy essence of her style still manages to show through. Also, she seems really sweet in interviews and I've heard similarly from people who've met her in person. The City is so scripted and shrewdly edited, that I can't believe some people are so gullible as to believe it represents reality.
It always sends me wondering why so many people hate on her, I mean she has got a posh type of behavior but I don't find her rude or unpleasant at all:)
I have watched this many times , I like Olivia Palermo style very chick and preppy and I find her quite down to earth if you compared her to other socialite she's very classy and well-mannered, she doesn't have any scandal. She had lived in Brooklyn , , and shop at top shop she's like Kate Middleton who love to wear a high street dress very simple and elegant, plus classic.
She is sooo adorable!!! I think taking a part in the City might have been the worst or best decision she's ever made... I am just sad that people only see what she is like after all the scripted and editing footage ... sigh...
She has a learning disability actually and it affected her cognitive abilities - which is why she seems "offputting" - maybe don't judge people without knowing their truth?
everybody has the right to feel anxious, pretty people too, she doesnt have to be perfect just because she looks a certain way, if that is offputting to you then im sorry you feel that way and that you are ugly inside out
wow you guys are really judging a book by its cover ! I have presonally met her in nyc while working as a cashier around Tribeca area. She is the most amazing down to earth person in real life not like the persona she potrayed on the show. She actually complemented me on my f21 blazer lol . She always puts the phone down when she was talking to me and trust me i have met many celebs who are stuck up snotty in person.
Something tells me that she´s going to be the next Anna Wintour. I wouldn´t be surprised if Olivia succeeds her as the next editor of American Vogue. You read it here first! =P
Olivia actually seems a little down-to-earth. On "The City" she came off as this posh spoiled brat but there are actually socialites in London who think Topshop is offensive and if you're not wearing top designers head-to-toe (like Chanel, Dior, etc) then that means you aren't high class. At least Olivia doesn't mind living in Brooklyn or wearing costume jewellery. She seems more like a New York girl than a snobby socialite.
yes. i mean the books were written way before Olivia became a socialite, but the tv show character (blair), is definitely inspired by Olivia. all the characters on that show are inspired by some american celebrity.
@autywon LOL... She prolly moved to Brooklyn because it's cheaper.... but don't underestimate Brooklyn.... they have some nice houses and brownstones there.... especially on Clinton Hill...... and the Coney Island area has mansion type houses..... Queens has some nice houses as well.....
