It has spaghetti, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, bay leaf, allspice, cumin, and a mountain of cheese. The most famous chain that sells Cincinnati chili is Skyline Chili which pretty much put Cincinnati on the map. Greek immigrants came up with it (like Detroit's Coney dogs), so the sauce is similar to Greek pasta sauces
