I am a medical student... before doing medicine l was also ignorant about epilepsy and like Lipsy said it always looked scary and some people laugh etc when they see this cause zvoita like zvinosekesa but actually hazvisekese at all. So l am glad she talked about this cause so many people do such things out of ignorance. That's why knowledge is power. It's actually sad. So far, l know 2 people who passed away from this condition. But they actually struggle those guys. When they're having a scissor it's really sad and someone can lose their life under a scissor attack.. So we as people shouldn't take this lightly. Rest in peace 🕊️ to a friend Adele. She passed away at the age of 20 from epilepsy. Such an amazing soul and bubbly person and ambitious (but we lost her) Lipsy you can do take medications. You need to consult a doctor. There are medications for this condition. Am glad you feeling better now.
its so sad, she was very emotional explaining her condition and how she has been treated. It goes bad to culture, the attitude towards her condition is culture based whereby culturally in-laws 100% prefer a fully able body active daughter in-law for the reason we all know. Muroora pamusha her duties are "like this and that etc". In general culture program us to discriminate people with such condition, attitude changes in two ways either having a direct relative who has the condition, understanding it better and explosure to education and working in fields that gets you in contact with such people(nurses and caregivers)
I'm very sorry Ninja Lipsy for being treated by those who were close to you. As for me, Handisiye mudiwa wangu because of a chronic disease, because she didn't chose that chronic disease.
