From what i remember, the canon is that Anya is flat (from the mama artist’s POV) since pre-debut. However, the person who assembled the Live2D rigging misinterpreted the design and gave Anya way more bounce that she should have had. So Anya had a buff right out the gate.
@@popenieafantome9527 That's basically it, though it's also worth noting that the buff seems to have stuck since some of her official promotional art for events like holofes (note: not by her mama) still gives her breasts.

Ollie trying to convince people that she should rank bigger in the Suika game turns out to be a successful failure. Everyone watching her is appreciative of it but no one is convinced on her point. I mean they ARE pointy and perky though.
Ollie is reading too much into this. She is just one of the smaller ones because, like gura, the dev thought she would appreciate the other talents calling her garbage.
