same and I 1000% agree, his song is my favorite eurovision song of all time and it might even be one of my favorite songs of all time - time will tell, but I’m sure it’ll always have a place in my heart
This song is forever on my "Alltime best Eurovision songs" playlist despite not making it to Eurovision 😭 Estonia you would have had my vote with this amazing song!
I really think this should have won. Alika is a fantastic singer, but this would have really stood out - the chorus would kill on the eurovision stage.
Not without experience. Ollie is an great talented artist. But hes missing live ecperience. He said himself that he did sing worse than alika. For now Alika has more experience and education.
@@Europe88979 That might be true, but most viewers aren't looking for the most technically skilled singer in Eurovision, it's not a singing contest but a song contest. This would've stood out because of the song and his way of singing, not because he's the best vocalist to ever step on the Eurovision stage (although I think he sounds good).
@@jimmey123XD yeah, she did incredibly well vocally at Eurovision, so I can see why it did well with the juries. I'm still very curious how Ollie would have fared!
Best performance by far. Powerful. Good voice. Real radio hit. Got our votes. Potential Eurovision winner... now lost for Estonia which is a shame. Keep rocking Ollie!
What I was afraid was gonna happen happened, 2 rock songs and a ballad in the superfinal. How would the results have been with Sissi instead of Bedwetters in the superfinal? We will never know. And I am still incredibly sad and will forever be that this amazing song and performance isn't going to Liverpool ;(
Really bummed this song didn't make it. Ollie nailed the performance and background singers did a fantastic job too - props to the guy doing the growls, it really took this to another level.
I just can't describe how disappointed and mad I am right now. I voted for Ollie in both rounds, he deserved to win so bad. Honestly, I think I'm mostly done with ESC this year.
im a fan and i didnt even know this song was avalible for you guys to pick!!!!!!!personally while i can respect alika song for its artistry... i would vote for this every single time hands down..
I really enjoy Alika’s song and performance and will vote for Estonia anyway in the final on Saturday. But Ollie stole my heart and was my favorite of this year’s Estonian entries - heck, I could say out of ALL entries. Hope to see him in Eesti Laul in future. All the love from Finland🇫🇮🫶
Yep, I feel Green Day vibe... I'm so disappointed with choice of Estonia this year... So we have another boring ballad against powerful rock song! If Ollie would have won, i'd place him 3/37
I don't even listen to rock, but this song and performance is epic. The power and emotion flowing from it is insane. Definitely deserved to win, hopefully will reach the world in some other way 🙃
Woah what a performance. Im completely in love with this song. This is just strong as hell. His vocals were so good and everything about this was perfect. Alika is amazing and will do well, but Estonia this was a potential winner and you wasted it. Congrats Ollie, I hope he tries again soon.
I watched the Estonian national final, during this song, I put money on Estonia to win. It was the only song from this years national final season that I said "This is a winner". Hope he comes back next year! (UK calling)
Personnally, I really really really love Venom but I'm really not sure it would have done better than Bridges I mean, it would have Been better in semi but IDK if he would have Make a top 8 in final I mean, he probably would have Been top 10 in Televoting but not top 5 and he wouldn't have Been so good in jury voting so, I'm not sure it would have Been better than Bridges (especially when you have other rockish songs in final (Australia & Germany) & Finland who smashed the Televoting
I hope it's just a sign that this year there are potential winners from other countries , and next year Ollie will repeat his attempt to get to Eurovision and win the ESC I dont have another explanation
Its because in superfinal were one ballad and two similar and good rock songs. So ballad cruised to win when rock songs fans divided/"fought"/called for their favourite and made win for either impossible...
I think it was rigged, the juries did it on purpose, giving vocally weaker Bedwetters points so 2 rock songs would be in the superfinal and Alika would win.
Typical Estonians - vanilla through the core. Never choose anything different and fresh. (I'm Estonian too, so don't think I'm a foreigner complaining, lol)
I don't know who took artistic creativity with the camera angles and effects but they didn't do a good job. The song is good but the watchability was ruined by the video visuals. I shouldn't be questioning my eyesight whilst wearing my glasses!
Yes, I think we should. I read somewhere that the jury on Eesti Laul didn't see live performances, only recordings and even viewers weren't notified. That way the result isn't fair at all. The jury should've given Janek more points, his live was much better than Bedwetters had, maybe he would've gotten in and Ollie would've won for sure, because all the rock fans would've voted for Ollie.
