I love Todd and always how RH portrays him. Todd- “It’s a little funny. Vicki, Nicki. Jess, Tess.” And then when Jess said- “so when Tess locked Natalie in the basement” (and let’s not forget Vicki did the same to Dorian years ago) The way Todd lets out the “OH COME ON!” Lol!!!! That’s just so perfect and so Roger. And of course, so Todd!
Loved this relationship! Jessica was the only one who actually apologized for believing in the impostor. Not that it was her fault, but she understood how much that hurt him.... No one else seemed to get that.
OK...the affair with Marty should have tipped EVERYBODY off. Then again, that is the storyline where they totally BLEW bringing back Lee Halpern from the dead. So......
Trevor St John did just enough subtle differences to make viewers wonder. He had decided to do that when he first came on the show to keep things open if Roger Howarth ever wanted to return.
I flove this scene . So much it's grear how Jesse thought about how victor was off and todd what never do those things. I also love his reaction to how things changed so much good old boy Clint in prison todd seemed shocked or that jess has an did & his laughing her name is tess kinda shows how silly it is. Imagine if he heard her alters bess and wes. I love that todd has women he adores blair tea viki and jess starr. Interesting he bonded hard with women and not a male.
That's irony for you... he bonds with the same gender that he hurts terribly. Plus, the look on Jess's eyes when he talks about saving her from the car accident back in the 90s.

In fact I saw a clip from 2008 where jesse did say to viki about todd " we used to be so close " I recently saw it bc I was watching the whole chloe/hope mess. I think that was the one & only time someone made a statement like that. It's also interesting that her first instincts here were she believed him. Then at the end she is sold bc she is apologizing. Maybe bc she loves him but she is not as immersed in his life as blair tea viki & starr so she has more objectivity to look at it .
Right! Llanfair was supposedly the biggest estate in town built by the richest man in town. They used to refer to different "wings" of the house. That place should have more bedrooms than The Waterside Inn - LOL!
as great as todd calling out the disgusting nature of the "re-rape" storyline was, that doesn't absolve the writers for having done it in the first place. in fact, in a way what victor did to marty was worse than what todd did because victor had all the memories of having raped marty *and still* did it again while essentially holding her hostage. it took a long time for todd to come to terms with what he did to marty, but he realized he had been a monster and eventually grew to respect her. at the very least, what the "re-rape" storyline did do was call out how disgusting "falling in love with your rapist" storylines like luke and laura really are, though.
Only thing better than one Todd was two ♥️♥️♥️ especially when played by two handsome sexy talented actors like Roger and Trevor ♥️♥️. I wish the show was still on. Was my favorite. It would have been so great to have had more of these two playing brothers.
