Am just happy that Hon Nganda is consistent on this one. One year to next election and the opposition is bekering over matters which I think should have been handled in a more mature manner.

It doesn't prevent the motion from going ahead. If he never got your permission to speak to begin with, what makes you think he needs you to tell when to talk or not? Who & What are you? Nobody & Nothing. If you don't want to listen to him- simple- switch channels.
