@@chadz34 the blade has about 40 floods on it. We tightened the auger chain which was very loose. Seems like it helped a little bit. Someone also said I need more down pressure. I put the conditioner down until it starts to push you up. Then stop. I dont continue to hold it down. You?
@@brandonhicks9730 We change our blade every Friday to ensure it's fresh. As far as the conditioner, I like to watch it touch the ice and keep holding the button until it's done moving, and then I start my augers. Do you adjust the blade each time you change it?
I just changed the blade this morning. Not enough rentals through the week at our arena to change every Friday. I try to avoid adjusting the blade everytime. I feel that you shouldn't have to. You?
pile of junk machines, have 2 at the rink nothing but problems with them very unreliable . We end up having to pull out the old spare zamboni thats from the 80's way too much. Also the hydraulics are weak as hell and are crap for shaving and ice maintenance compared to zamboni. Whats the point of a v8 engine if the hydraulics are so weak. GARBAGE!!!
