The Olympic RP-305 portable radio receiver has been produced by the Svetlovodsk Radio Plant since 1992. The radio receiver is designed to receive broadcasting stations operating with AM in the MW range, one SW sub-band (31 meters), as well as with FM in the SOVIET ultrashort wave range 4.1-4.6 meters (NOT same as modern FM 88-108 MHz). The electrical circuit of the radio receiver is 90% made on SMD components. The radio receiver is powered by three elements of type AA.
