What happens when you cross undercover Olympic gymnasts with unsuspecting shoppers? In today’s vlog we took gymnastics out of the gym and into Westfield London Shopping Centre for one day only for National Try Something New Day.

Man this made me SO nostalgic for when we did mall shows and regattas way back in the mid 90s. We brought so much energy and it was a fabulous break during the summers between competition seasons. They were a great reminder as to why we loved the sport so much since we were always so intensely serious during competition seasons.

Hi Nile when I was in year 3 at my primary school I wrote to you about being a gymnast like you I still have the letter and signed photo to this day I quit gymnastics as it wasn’t for me but you still inspire me to this day I was amazed when you wrote back to a 8 year old girl with no talent 😂 Thank you❤️

Can you attempt skiing. To do it in the uk you can either do dry slope or an indoor snow. I do dry slope my self and I do slalom racing. Would love to see you try !!

Love this stuff. Would like you could set up something like this in UK. In Denmark, we have this group called Flying Superkids. Just search them on youtube. Their do gymnastic live shows.
