You're not eating enough my boy. I mean idk if you eat a couple more snacks apart of those meals, but those meals are so dense, not enough calories. A guy as big as you needs to eat more, and you workout as well.

Suls Oner Here in Australia we would say 25/1/17. Because we put the date first, then the month, then the year. I think it's the same method in the U.K.
