The matches are exciting, and the perseverance of athletes is awe-inspiring. With the whole world watching, a few athletes are catching more attention than the others. This time the internet can’t keep calm after watching a 51-year-old shooter who bagged a silver medal in the mixed team 10-meter air pistol shooting. Yusuf Dikec, a Turkish shooter, has gone viral for his casual stance while he shot his way through a silver medal. The viral photo shows Dikec wearing his own standard glasses in place of a shooting lens and one hand in his pocket, aiming to take his shot. His stance is so unfazed that the internet can’t decide if he seems more like a regular guy or a hitman. Shooters often wear earplugs to minimize distractions and also use lenses to reduce glare and improve focus. Dikec's technique is unique since he shoots with both eyes open, whereas shooters usually keep one eye close to increase focus. The event took place in Chateauroux, central France.
