Red dot sights for guns also work, but I ended up buying the Oly and it's really decent using it on my Z9 with my 180-600 or 100-400. The initial calibration is easy, but getting to know which direction the dials take you is a two or three time (for me anyway) experience. Once you're there the device stays locked in nicely...even between shoots. I don't even turn mine off, as that's automatic when closing the lid. ;0) Welcome home, brother!
Excellent work, thanks. Just wish you had included the zoom on the sample shots in the second half as we really only want to know how well it works at high zoom, not something that's 10 metres away. Looks like it worked great in general and you do seem happy with it. Thx
