everything you have covered in this I totally agree with - you have confirmed my thoughts on this camera - I was thinking I was doing something wrong - but as good as they are or can be - they still have a hit and miss factor that manual control is still important to use and know how to use. I have found some quality issue - when not shooting almost straight on.. but this could be me. How do you set up a custom function with a different button for easier use - I will have to look into that as I find using the dial just takes up too much time and can be the difference between missing a capture and not... sadly often missed in that time delay. I also find the you see what you get function especially with exposure compensation is often not accurate and I have no idea if I am exposing correctly or not. Thanks for your insight
Thank you for your comments and great feedback. I will look at doing a video in the next week or so to show you how to set up the buttons on the back of the camera via the menu system.
