This mantra of Lord Shiva had helped me alot when a monk recommended it to me to recite the whole day everyday years ago, and feel the difference. My insomnia got cured and those ’ailments’ in my body vanish. I felt whole again. Plus people who usually abnoxious or bitchy became friendly to me. So I always recites this mantra and the Maha Mrityunjaya mantra alternates with one another as they were the first mantras that was introduced to me. They are the most powerful mantras of Lord Shiva as I was told by the monks. Blessed be 🙏🏻

Namaste DhyaanGuru Dr. Nipun Aggarwal. I passed my Driver's practical exam because of this Mantra. Thank you for your advice to listen to this. The day of my exam, I felt NO FEAR. That day was the only day of the week that the sun came out while the rest of the week was raining. It was really the sign that I will pass the exam. And I did. @@rockonmadonna It literally is the elements. Shiva encompasses everything. YOD HEY SHIN VAV HEY , which is a high vibration name literally is the elements as well . They sound very similar when chanted , yes? When there was a dispute between Brahma and Vishnu about who is more supreme, at that time, Shiva appeared as Jyotirstambha and asked both of them to reach start and end of it. Vishnu traveled downwards to reach end and Brahma traveled upwards to reach beginning, but both of them failed and considered there is no end of Shiva and asked Shiva to guide them. See Shiva Is Unborn and appeared when Brahma and Vishnu we're questioning who was Supreme.

@@rockonmadonna Shiva is meditated on and worshiped by Vishnu and other Hindu God's Yet Shiva does not "necessarily" worship any other god. He is essentially SUPREME because he is never ending a bottomless well. To be honest Hinduism seems to have inconsistencies until you understand why the God's taught different lessons to different beings. To Give you a bigger picture there is no real separation of SHIVA, VISHNU BRAHMA OR KRISHNA. They are always connected and are one in the same , different states of Consciousness embodied into illusion avatars.

This particular one resonates with me. I said this one a lot while I was doing yoga teacher training and it helped me to stay focused, lose weight, get very good sleep each night I practiced yoga in class, and keep my stress level down and raise my vibration. The first couple of times I listened to this, I cried while meditating. Since I finished teacher training in December, I fell out of my routine and got overwhelmed, had trouble sleeping, gained 20 pounds back, and couldn’t focus. I immediately come back to this four months later and have begun using this one, along with using a Mala necklace I bought. So many amazing things have been happening that I will continue using this one. I’m beginning to lose weight again, sleep more soundly, and opportunities are coming my way quickly. Very powerful. Thank you so much for sharing this.

Hoa Ta Sounds like you’re a ripe exemplar for a spiritual awakening, my friend. You need to listen to this mantra for a certain number of times to be able to attain Siddhi. Otherwise, no, it won’t last forever.

just now before I started meditating I normally wake up and go right to entertainment of some kind. but instead, after steeping some tulsi I choose to go right to meditation and chanting. as the years passed ive kept the same sensations around my body, nothing really changed and ive always felt the third eye a little bit. its been years of half hearted discipline with yoga, meditation, and exercise. but something has happen, tears form in my eyes as I feel these strange sensations. new sensations. just after a few months of very hard self discipline and pushing myself threw no matter how much it hurt, I still continue to go beyond what my limits are, in all things. these "sensations" im having is most intense at the third eye. but I also feel pressure from my sacral and solar, if I really concentrate it ripples up my spine about half way then I lose it. I study a lot, but im still figuring things out, im guessing this is what they mean by learning yourself, looking within

This is fascinating.. When this mantra is playing, it kinda makes me feel that everything I see and feel is just the illusion, just maya. It also makes my thoughts fade away and brings me to the present moment, to the only place that there is and ever will be.. Thank you kindly for spreading the divine energy of this mantra. Beautiful, I love your voice! I counted 109 reps here, not 108. Nine is an important number, and there are some very good reasons to vibrate the mantra exactly 108 times :-) 109=1, but 108=9. I generally stay away from Gods and entities but I've had nothing but warm/friendly interactions with Shiva. I know a lot of God's want you to pledge your soul to them in the afterlife, not Shiva. Shiva only wants to see you reach your full potential
