Na Ma Shi Va Ya represent the 5 elements of nature. The tri doshas (Vaat Pitta Kapha) are based on these 5 elements. Any imbalance in these 5 elements can cause an imbalance in the tri doshas. Listening to this chanting in silence, makes me like everything in my body is getting balanced. Empecé a cantar el mantra y escucharlo..hace 15 días..y pase de 40 cigarrillos a 5 al día.y los que fumó saben horrible..aparte que estaba muy confundido y se aclaró mi mente.sobre que tengo que hacer para salir adelante de mi difícil situación Gracias lord shiva

With headset I listen to this mantra and I recite "ohm namasivaya " along with the chorus lines....the vibration that I could feel ..and the peace that my mind gets within 15 mins is totaly devine....I have never experienced this before....thanks a lot for this music....❤️ . I would recommend to recite the mantra along with it while you listen ..it's a different feel...totaly devine....

I run it at 75% speed for meditation and chanting. I like that longer, slower chant. The singers’ voices are so crystalline and harmonious that for me it all still radiates through my whole self like a singing bowl’s ring. Also, I came up with this contemplation as my own way of honoring the meaning in meditation. I focus on a point in front of my closed eyes as being the unspeakable primordial divine (Oooommm), while seating my consciousness behind my eyes (silently looking out of my eyes so seeing the periphery of my eyesight with eyes closed) as who I was before my parents were born (naaa maaa), and focus on feeling love of these dual points of focus for the sake of loving (shiiii vaaaa). This is just what came to me while chanting and meditating with these beautiful chanters.
