In nada yoga sadguru said the importance of AUM... We just dont say AUM. (I cant explain well in English because the English AUM and real sound is different, hope you understand ). The A sound should come from our belley part with making our mouth wide open then you can really feel the vibration there if you are doing correctly. The U sound should come from our throat part. Making our lips in a ring manner, you can intensely feel the vibration there if you are doing correctly. The M sound comes when we cant without opening our mother. Its true we dont need to use our tounge. The real AUM sadguru said starts from our belley comes to throat and ends with M without opening mouth. It needs a little practice, you cannot just perfect it in one try In my experience... While uttering like this not even a single thought will arise in your mind. You will feel nothing, i mean nothing, you will even forget that you were chanting. The Nada yoga is also very powerful. Try it The OM you said is actually a speed combination of AUM. Can be easily chanted by anyone without any practice. Not correcting anyone but stated my experience. And Please dont take seriously everything sadguru says in RU-vid 😂 He will say something big in a small way so that people can understand it and not go berserk. If you really know sadguru, you will really know his divinity. A true realised soul like bhudda. He has certain powers also but not gonna state here, he only shows these things to his extremely close deciples. Because if you say something that is considered as superstition in public it will create a big hawok.

I watched this video 3 times , i didn't saw a single second timestamp where he was trying to say that Sadhguru is wrong or something like that , he was just explaining the righy things and demolished misconceptions . But from the comments i saw most ppl are now getting divided one who are attached to Sadhguru One who are attached to Suyash Now even if we both communities start abusing each other or even have a war ( offline wala ) fir bhi kuch time k worth nhi hoga and neither anyone of the sides meant it . I request all of u not to hate anyone ( cause i have done that enough and i know how much it blocked by spiritual path ) When i was new in spirituality i followed 2 ppl osho , swami Vivekananda and all so i was attracted to osho after listening he read 2 lakh books and after i listened his views on vivekananda i left vivekananda and followed osho , *that was my biggest mistake in spiritual path till now* . I watch Suyash and Sadhguru, both are trying to raise human consciousness in their own ways and Suyash is undoubtedly one of the best person i met in social media actually one of the kyun vhi best h 😅 whereas Sadhguru ka sadha focus inner engeneering p h , So that's it . In conclusion don't hate anyone and if u are saying that suyash or Sadhguru is this , that and blah blah blah , either write logical reasonings or don't waste our time ❤

Sadguru is my guru... When I first saw Sadhguru video i knew that swara ई, औ, ओ and everything can also be pronounced without any use of tongue. And i researched a bit so I also came to conclusion that both can be done almost similar... But you see, many of Sadhguru students are watching your videos... Be more respectful towards him and quit that SARCASM in between this when it comes to any sadhu /sant / dwija... Because I like your videos but you know no descipl

Sadhguru has explained this in detail in his program inner engineering, and as far as I am praticing it works just as OM chanting. So from my experience AUM chanting is not wrong unless done with a correct method.

It's not just Sadhguru is saying OM is AUM. I had seena vdo long time ago where a day was saying the same.thing and she was not a Sadhvi or from any cult. She was a social workers and she was using AUM on mentally challenged children with very good results. We need to discuss this issue further more as it's one of the basic sounds and forms the basis of many mantras. A more detailed study and video is very much desirable.
