Hi! Like i said in the video, the N/A engines wont hold up any power at all, so go for a turbo engine or rebuild your engine with turbo internals.

Joo se unohtu! Mut siinä 200-350€ nuo GS5-39DZ pyörii. Ahdot vähä seilailee ku oon vaan rajannu syöttöjä nyt talveks. Joo leimapenkkilappu tuli otettua mutta ei maksimitehoja.

I have heard that the m57d30 can make pretty good power with minimal modifications, but they arent as good as the om606 when you go over 350hp i think the m57 needs more modifications and care after that

anonymoysti22 you’ll find the 613 has a worse flowing head than a 606. It is stronger by design tho but so much harder to make the same power,

One thousand is very tight and you probably need to find a lot of used stuff, and i dont think you need to think about the bushings with only 1k in budget. And it is kind of hard to push out so much power without rebuilding the pump and that also costs a bunch of moneys. But go for it and build what you like!

1000€ is really short if you want to get over 200hp you can get around 200hp from an om606la with stock turbo and pump you only need to change the settings on pump and a new boost pressure regulator. But for an om606 you need an w201 2.6 front crossbar (where the hood latches are, schlossträger in german😅) to fit an 6 cyl. Then you need a new drive shaft and a new differential (the flexjoints are smaller on the 4 zyl. Than on the 6cyl. Ones and the middle joint is bigger, so you need the new diff...) and the om606la needs a om606 (n/a) w124 or om603 mechanical pump. My change from an om602 to om606 costet me around 1400€ (i needed a bigger cooler, new throttle cable, new pre glow relais, new transmission holder, new driveshaft, new diff)

Neljä vuotta oon ostanu ja käyttäny heidän vanteita eikä oo ollu minkäänlaista sanomista, vaikka on ollu kovemmassakin käytössä. Toki jos vertaa kolmen tonnin split vanteisiin niin sehän on toinen asia, mutta hinta/laatusuhde on kyllä todellakin kohdallaan.

Yes 👍🏼 plan is to first build a slightly rebuilt engine with not so much power and when everything is working mabye build a more bulletproof engine to push out some more power with.

It has not been dynoed yet.
