Took out the emotion on this one. Soso is an excruciatingly emotional song, and I expected those feelings to be translated to the music and the instrumentation. I know you can do it, I know you will do it, but not just on this one. EDIT AFTER ONE YEAR: Just because a lot of people are still replying, I'll clarify. I love the rendition. It is groovy. It is viby. The syncopation is on point. However, I still stand on my feeling that I wish they took the path of less groove and more ethereal emotions. Make me cry fgs. I don cut my dreadlocks. Make soso feel my pain. Make me wail!! However, I found myself nodding ny head and tapping my feet to Soso in this rendition. I like to nod my head, but I feel like I would have prefered to cry in this one. However you see it, different strokes for differnet folks. Bandhits always does amazingly.
