3 Boys, Want U Around and Evergreen performed at AT&T Block Party on 3/31 at Discovery Green on behalf of March Madness Music Festival at NCAA Men's Final Four. #ATTBlockParty #ATTEmergingVoices
I just discovered Omar and 3 boys is the first song I’ve ever heard from him then evergreen, can you recommend me like other musicians that are not mainstream rn.
"Want you around" was the song that made me love Omar as a singer the feeling he put into it I cried he is such a talented person ❤ I still hear this song everyday!
You guys ever listen to his music while eating fried chicken? Well let me tell you, bc both, his music and the chicken slap and at the same time, you’re filled with such emotions that you forget you’re even eating that fried chicken. It feels rather majestic. I recommend you guys to try it
Y’all don’t know how far he’s come 😭😭😭😭 his voice his improved A LOTTTTT!!!!!!!!!! Saw him in 2017 at a church in SD and my body was still using throat spray lol (iykyk) so proud 🎉
*"3 Boys" is the very first song I've ever heard that directly talks about the prevalence of menage a trois and polyamory within the gay community.* *I don't know any other gay artist in the mainstream as open, honest, transparent, genuine, and authentic about their sexuality as Apollo. They're either queerbaiting and pinkwashing like Harry Styles and Timothee Chalamet or covering up like Richard Madden and Shawn Mendes or stereotypical like Troye Sivan. Kudos to him for being true to himself. "Ivory" was an excellent album. He's very talented and deserved to win the Grammy.*
Hey this a great comment but don't knock Troye like that lol. He's done everything you praise Omar for and then some. He's been open and honest about himself and his sexuality since his first album blue neighborhood in 2015. Him being 'steeotypical' doesn't make him any less of a valid artist in the queer community.
