@Omar Thaher What was your diet like, and how is your relationship with food? I’ve found that most people unintentionally “cut corners” through starvation. Not because they’re trying to cheat, but because it brings the desired results. They unintentionally wind up with a whole new monster - an eating disorder. Even though they look healthy, and may even feel healthy, they secretly live in shame, tormented by thoughts of food, and falling short of the image their desired image. Many influencers that people look up to, secretly have eating disorders, despite portraying a facade of health and excellence. I don’t mean to be accusatory, but genuinely curious if you’re one of the few, free from the addiction of narcissism.

You've gotta keep on pressing on man, don't give up. Life is a roller coaster that has it's ups and downs. I've hit rock bottom before and it was honestly the worst thing that ever happened to me. But through the isolation and chaos and horrible things that I experienced, there was always something better that I wasn't seeing behind those dark storm clouds. You've got this man. I know I'm a complete stranger on the internet, but press on, trust me. Things will get better as long as you never give up and keep on trying.

There were times that i was in that head space. Went from 300lbs (28yo & 5’7) now to 201lbs and sill pushing. My goal is to be at 165lbs and get lean. Bro you can do this, sometimes we think we don’t have the willpower other people do but thing is, it is not an innate thing. We can all learn to create it. Everyone can, and you can too!

@@greychronicles Hey I'm here watching this transformation and I came across your comment. I myself am 27 years old 5'7 and weigh 273. I seem to not have that will power to say no to food when I know I shouldn't eat. And I'll go on a binge and then I'll say I'm going to start working out starting Monday, well Monday comes and goes and it's a cycle. I need help! Any advice you can give me I'd appreciate it. I've found that I use food to cure my feelings and it shouldn't be that way. I also make it an excuse that I work night shift and I can't work out cause of my schedule. I'm tired of this shit, but I just can't seem to find the path which to take....

Hey man, it took him ~2 years of consistency to get there. Try and find a gym/workout/physical activity you enjoy doing and keep at it. Try and find a few food options which you enjoy eating/are reasonably healthy and stick to them. The key to any body transformation is consistency. Also once you’re on track and getting results everything gets easier, the first 2-3months are the hardest. Good luck brother 🙏

I remember when I was 18, Obese, and low self-esteem as well. I too tried weight loss multiple times; one year I starved myself for 2 days, and almost fainted at school. One of my teachers noticed me, he bought me an apple and a banana. He sat me down, watched me eat, and gave me weight loss advice. Later that day I did more research and started my weight loss journey. During my journey I decided that either I was going to conquer the Fortress of Obesity, or die trying. Needless to say, I tore down the Fortress of Obesity in only 1 year...It is now 22 yrs later, and I've never forgotten my determination, and accomplishment. I just wanted to tell you, "Congratulations".

@pvue
@pvue 3 года назад
@@usernotfound162 If you're 5'9, then 130 lb might be too low. What I mean by low is, it could be dangerous to your health. Keep in mind, I don't claim to be a nutritionist, or doctor, this is just my personal opinion. My advice would be to set a long-term goal, min one year. Figure out what's causing your obesity, and if you don't exercise regularly, start doing so. For example, (1) I identified that high-carb foods, and sugars were what caused my obesity. (2) I did a calorie count on my daily meals, and realize I was eating like 3000+ calories a day. This is way more than my body ever needed. (3) Up until that point, I did not exercise on a regular basis. I reduce my calories by eating less carbs (fries, chips, bread, rice, etc), and sugars (candies, soft drinks, all desserts) by 80 to 90%. I also started working out about 2 - 3 hours a day, 5 days a week. The rest was history.

I am so very proud of you. You are an inspirational young man and sharing your experiences is helping so many people. Your story somewhat reflects my weight loss. Unfortunately though, I didn't address my obesity until I was 38 years old. I had been getting bigger each year and had reached my highest weight of 305 pounds. I really thought I was too far gone, and had basically given up . Health problems were mounting, and I realised I had to at least try . So try i did, and to my surprise I lost almost 50 pounds in the first 3 months. Here is where the big change happened. I recall vividly looking at myself in the mirror, and having this realisation that I could do it, I would do it and from there on in it really seemed to be just a matter of time. Like yourself, I was so determined, and nothing was going to hold me back. I went on to lose 140 pounds in 18 months and have now been maintaining for well over a year.

Congrats man! I hope you’ve unlocked the one thing I haven’t been able to which is maintain long term. I’m in the middle on my current 3 times losing a large amount of weight. I was similar to you but not as heavy topping out at 325 but being overweight-obese my teenage years forward. I’ve lost over 100 pounds twice in my life but then something would happen and I’d give up on myself. I’m now 38 and fed up so have been back at it again walking 5-7 days a week weight 3-4 days. I’m currently 271.6 lbs so down about 50lbs during quarantine. My goal is to be about 185 at 5”11 and 10-12 percent body fat. I’ve been there before on the weight even a little less but needed to add some muscle to hit the goal. This video has given me more motivation to keep grinding and I will be joining a gym soon so I can continue to grind all winter long. Thank you and keep it up. Your biggest enemy will be yourself but keep it up as the sky is the limit for you.

Your physical accomplish is truly impressive, but I’m so proud of your mental/emotional growth. Sure, the world may see you differently, and that may affect the way some people treat you. But more importantly, YOU now see the world differently! Your outlook is forever changed, and that growth will result in so much success! Seeing the message from your former self brought a tear to my eye because I couldn’t stop imagining the smile on your face as you watched it back for the first time. You kept a promise to yourself and reached the biggest goal of your life. I hope this carries over to everything you do moving forward!

@TALHA RAJ Pak at first, i starved myself for two days (lost10 pounds, not reccomended). Then i started training myself to eat the appropriate food such as chicken breasts, broccoli, eggs, oat meal and etc. At 4 pm, i would always jog outside every single day. And I also dranked alot of water too. Btw, when i would lose motivation, i would come back here or think about why i started.

Omar, I recommend you to see if you can supplement collagen with hyaluronic acid and copper, this will help you repair the elastin on your skin and therefore, get the skin back to its place, also, don't forget to consume foods with skin vitamins, A E C D3 K2, as well as electrolyte powders to keep you skin in the best conditions possible.
