my ultimate favorite song of this time ! I used to hate when they didn't play this mix. the speed and the elements were perfect. when I hear it now it reminds me of how good and simple life was .
"Pandora's Box" It was inspired by silent film actress Louise Brooks and is named after the 1929 film Pandora's Box in which she starred. The phrase "Pandora's box" does not appear in the song.
I know the music video is all based on the movie, but is the entire song based on her? I mean, I always interpreted the song just being about the common expression of "opening Pandora's box."
I agree with your opinion. Now you have an idea for a song and use that idea in all the album tracks. All seek to record with the same producer to achieve a sound like the latest hit on the radio. It is very rare to hear an album now and you will like from start to finish. I must confess that I heard Bowie's last album and liked it. Greetings.
Lembro que tocava na Rádio JP, quando era criança. Interessante, que essa música me remete à andar de carro em uma noite chuvosa... Divagações da mente.
A little over-produced with the horns, but I like the "bigness" of the track...timeless melody, story and song...Ms. Brooks is still smiling from Heaven or wherever...Good Job!
I don't like the horns for this song, it makes it sound too jazzy which is not a good fit. BTW, Check out cover of this song by the group 'Exciting Valence'
