That doesn’t make any sense. In order for the emperor to have a clone body that can use the force, the clone body would need to be force sensitive. It’s more likely that she IS force sensitive, but she’s never been able to access her abilities because of mental blockages…because she grew up as a prisoner in a lab and because she is completely emotionally attached to the Bad Batch.

@@shoeman6966 Hemlock explains Omega’s purpose in episode 10. Omega’ blood, if cloned, can give that clone a high M-count which is necessary to wield the force, but it has been confirmed more or less that Omega herself is not force sensitive. That’s why Hemlock needs her.

@@kibauno I think you’re understanding what Hemlock said slightly incorrectly. Hemlock said that her blood is the only binder for midichlorians. That’s why they they have the naturally force sensitive children there. Without Omega, they have no way of getting the midichlorians of those children to survive in a clone body. With her blood as a binder, they’ll be able to induce force sensitivity into any cloned body - they’ll be able to take the midichlorians from the kids and inject them into a clone body that will adopt force sensitivity. Omegas’ blood being a chemical binder doesn’t mean she’s force sensitive herself. That still needs to be confirmed.

@@shoeman6966 I don't think thats quite accurate. The problem the Emperor has is that for most people, when a clone is made of them, the clones M count is significantly less than the original. It seems like the cloning process can't replicate the M count, so most of it is lost. Omega is unique because her DNA maintains the ability to retain its original M count even when cloned. So if they made a clone of Omega it woulf have exactly the same M count as Omega. This is vital because Palpatine wants to make a clone of himself to tranfer his mind into, one that would be young, fit and free of the force lightning injuries he inflicted on himself when dueling Mace Windu. If they can duplicate the effects that Omegas blood has, the cloned Palpatine body would retain Palpatines M count. So he would retain all his force powers at full strength. Otherwise the cloned body would probably be unable to use the force at all. And losing his powers would be intolerable to Palpatine.

@@keisyfernandez2384that’s not completely true. If that were the case Luke and leia wouldn’t have inherited such a powerful force connection from their father. And in Ben wouldn’t have inherited that same connection.
