At first, I really, really didn't like Alpha, but this story did a wonderful job of getting me to care about our little buddy and presenting him as a credible character. The fact that they acknowledged that he looked like a toy rather than a real chocobo definitely helped :P

Omega is literally the definition of "this is not even my final form".

A nice little tidbit to consider too is how the machine that gives you the Savage Omega raids when you complete a branch of them basically delivers a message from Omega after the Alphascape saying these are harder test it devised to push you even further. Even in death Omega be like “get STRONGER”

It’s criminal that we don’t have both of omega’s hairstyles in game yet.

I love refreshing myself on the lore with your videos. The little note that the omega minion "may have more of the real omega in it than they think" brings a little smile to my face thinking omega is getting to learn more about humanity and the human soul. Love these lore videos, keep up the great work!

I guess Yoshi-P wanted to avoid having players fight the protagonists of other Final Fantasy games, cuz then it might contradict future crossover events

I was hoping to see more info about Omega’s backstory. But this was still enjoyable to watch. There’s so much we don’t fully understand yet. Like the flight from the Dragonstar after the attack by the omicrons, or the alternate “8th Umbral Calamity” timeline where the Omega replica chronicles the last years of Cid’s life working towards the plan to rewrite history.

If Omega can create sentient life maybe then in theory, the ancients could’ve used it to repopulate even though their primary goal was to restore the people who had consensually forfeited their lives to summon Zodiark.

"It's about the size of the chocobos the Lalafells ride...." Every time I see a Lala on one of the horse mounts I can't help but whisper "shetland pony", lol. All their mounts are so smaaalllllll. XD
