What the title says. The idea and half the video were ripped completely from Rodent Chefs remix( link: • [ Omen 2017 + Pursuit ... ) since I felt like pursuit 2017 could be added too so I decided to try doing it myself.
The music in these two games really packed more of a punch than the rest of the series. Felt like pursuit themes were used more sparingly and they *earned* that moment where “Resolve” kicks in
Unlike Omen which is supposed to get well with 2015, 2017 doesn't really work that well since it's actually a remix of the Objection theme rather than the Pursuit
To echo what others have said but with more specific advice: if 2015 had played for the rest of that meausre and overlapped with 2017, it could've worked better. Maybe as soon as 2017 comes in, 2015 can start rapidly fading to silence by the time 2017 lands. A small tweak like that would go a long way. But I commend you for putting this into existence, it's a creative idea and already a pretty good job!
Great mix! Just a little nitpick, the transition from part 2 to part 3 would be better if, instead of going right from one track to the next, there was just the slightest slow down of the track at the end of that part, and then coming to a total stop of the music for about 2-3 seconds before blasting the last part at full force.
Good combination of the 3 songs overall. I enjoyed hearing all of them together. I wish you had made it a tad longer tho, for example: having each song loop once before transitioning into the next. They're such good songs that I'd have loved a 5-6 min version. Also really liked how you used all 3 images.
